The invitation usually comes before the title. I've been in rooms that don't make the press release, on stages that changed the conversation, and at tables where the real decisions get made.

What I bring is simple: something true, something practical, and something people can actually move on. Not another keynote that sounds good and disappears by lunch. The kind of thing that follows you home.
