HUMAN
I am most shaped by what I come from. My faith and my heritage. Not shaped in spite of them, or in addition to them. Shaped by them, first. Growing up Bronx-bred and Jamaican-rooted taught me that community isn't a strategy. It's a way of life. It's the thing you show up for even when the schedule says otherwise. Even when you're 48,000 miles deep into a quarter, four countries in, running on less sleep than you should be. You still show up. For the people. For the work. For the moment. A faith that took root at ten years old made sure of that. It's the thing I return to before every decision, every risk, and every room I walk into. This is the foundation. Everything else is built on top of that.
THOUGHT LEADER
I don't separate who I am from how I work. Culture, ministry, and marketplace aren't three different lanes for me. They're one. My perspective has been shaped through observation, experience, and a deep respect for how systems affect people in real and often unequal ways. I have learned that leadership is less about having answers and more about asking better questions. I share that thinking openly, on innovation, responsibility, culture, and progress, because meaningful change happens when insight meets intention. Most people in innovation are just chasing the next monetizable event. I'm building for what lasts. Not enough people say that out loud. I will.
TECHNOLOGIST
The deeper the tech, the better I am. What I care about is what it actually does in the world. Pure engineers are brilliant. What they sometimes miss is the distance between a working solution and an adopted one. I live in that gap. I've spent my career translating invention into impact, because the most sophisticated technology in the world means nothing if it never reaches the people it was built to serve. Everyone wants to build the next AI tool. I'm thinking about access to clean water, an aging power grid taxed beyond measure, and a planet whose core is telling us something we're not ready to hear. These are solvable problems. The science exists. What's missing is pursuit at the scale the problems actually demand. That's the technologist I am. And there's still so much work to do.
